The dinner table means something a little different to all of us. Some of us reminisce on the evenings after our parents' hard days of labor, while others remember it from Grandma's deliciously prepared Sunday meals every weekend. Regardless, sitting around the table with friends and family is timeless and very special to many of us.
Southwest Georgia is known for its sweet, southern hospitality, laid back atmosphere, hard working individuals, and its plethora of beautifully sourced ingredients for its deep rooted culinary artisans. It seems that more and more people are taking interest in the locally sourced ingredients and the can openers are collecting dust. What an amazing thing. Why would we limit ourselves to ingesting preserved foods when the foods are growing right in our own back yards.
The Table aims to bring those ingredients from the people nurturing and providing them, directly into the kitchen and into your bellies. The best part is, we're going to be taking these ingredients and preparing them in different cultural culinary techniques such as; French, Peruvian, Mexican, Italian, and many more. We're incredibly excited to bring our community together to enjoy great food, drinks, and conversations at one of life's most precious venues... The Table.
